Mold Single-Head Electric Heating Tube and Rod It is made of a metal tube as the outer shell, electric heating wire as the heating element, and magnesium oxide powder with good insulation and thermal conductivity as the filler, through processes such as tube reduction, annealing, bending, and welding of fasteners. This product has one end for wiring, and the surface load can be designed as: 1-22W/cm2. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, low price, safety and reliability, easy installation, high thermal efficiency, fast heating, and long lifespan.
The internal filler insulates the heating wire from the air, keeping it centered without shifting and touching the tube wall, so the tube surface is not electrified. The cold end of this product can be manufactured according to customer requirements.
