﹡Wavelength can be controlled between 0.76um-2um and 2um-16um. Different wavelength heating tubes are selected according to the physical characteristics of the heated object. Thermal efficiency can reach over 86%.
﹡High infrared heating tubes have very low thermal inertia. After power-on, they reach 50% of rated power in 0.8 seconds, about 80% in 1 second, and full rated power in about 2 seconds, with rapid heating and cooling.
﹡High infrared heating tubes can be sprayed with heavy metals such as gold and titanium on certain parts of the tube wall to form a directional reflective layer, greatly improving thermal efficiency and reducing the temperature of the reflector.
﹡The service life of high infrared heating tubes is 3000-5000 hours (depending on the use environment).
﹡High infrared heating tubes are small in size but can have high power. For example, a heating tube with φ12mm diameter and 300mm length can achieve 1KW power. Quartz far infrared lamps and near infrared lamps use transparent or translucent, frosted or milky white quartz glass as the lamp tube shell, which can produce near and far infrared radiation spectra.
