1. It consists of a heating core and a sheath. The heating core uses tubular electric heating elements as the heat source, and the sheath is made of thin stainless steel. It has a large heat dissipation area and fast heat transfer. The terminal device part is divided into ordinary type (using iron-made stretched cup-shaped housing) and special type (using bolted explosion-proof device housing seal). The special type meets the requirements of explosion-proof mark dIICT4 and protection level IP65 series standards.
2. It is connected to the oil tank container body by flange. The sheath isolates the heating core from the heated oil. When repairing the electric heater, there is no need to drain the oil in the tank. Only the heating core needs to be pulled out and replaced with a new one, making maintenance convenient.
3. During design, the contact area between the sheath and the heated oil should be considered to prevent local carbonization of the oil due to excessive heating temperature. This model of heater is only suitable for heating heat transfer oil or oil with good heat transfer effect and media.

1. Insert the "eddy current heat film heat exchanger" radially along the storage tank into the bottom of the oil tank. The heat medium (steam) flows through the tube side, and the oil flows between the tubes on the shell side. The oil suction port of the shell is directly connected to the medium in the tank.
2. A temperature control valve is installed at the steam inlet of the heat exchanger. The steam flow at the heat exchanger inlet is controlled by detecting the oil outlet temperature with a temperature sensor, thereby ensuring constant oil temperature.
The heat exchanger uses high-efficiency heat exchange elements—eddy current heat film tubes—to maintain reasonable oil flow between the tubes. The thermal efficiency is 3-5 times that of ordinary heat exchangers. The enhanced heat transfer mechanism is: when the oil fluid flows on the inner and outer surfaces, it is designed to be turbulent flow, producing strong oscillation and scouring effects. The flow direction constantly changes, continuously replacing the high-temperature oil fluid close to the tube wall surface, thinning or even destroying the insulation layer, accelerating heat transfer from the metal surface, strengthening microscopic eddy currents in the fluid, and enhancing heat diffusion inside the oil fluid. It will not cause local high-temperature overheating of the fluid close to the tube wall surface, so the oil can be properly and fully heated without the possibility of coking or decomposition. It has good heat transfer and does not cause high resistance.
Daily Maintenance:
1. After the heater has been running for a period of time (depending on user usage), unscrew the ignition plug to clean carbon deposits. If the ignition plug wire is burned out, remove and replace it with a new one.
2. If carbon deposits are too heavy, causing reduced thermal efficiency, clean the heat dissipation fins on the inner wall of the water jacket and the carbon deposits in the combustion chamber.
3. If the heater's main unit air intake pipe, exhaust pipe, and oil drip pipe are blocked by mud, clean and unblock them in time. Keep the heater compartment clean, and do not place flammable debris around it.
4. Ensure the oil tank, oil pipes, and oil filter solenoid valve are clean to prevent dirt from blocking the oil circuit.
5. In the heater circulation system, use antifreeze suitable for the ambient temperature as the circulating heating medium.
6. Regularly check the heater water pump according to user usage. If the water seal component leaks or the pump has difficulty starting and running, repair it in time.
7. The automatic control box, oil filter solenoid valve, and other electrical components on the heater main unit should be maintained according to general low-voltage electrical appliance maintenance methods. The performance parameters of the automatic control box are carefully debugged by the manufacturer before leaving the factory. Users should not change them arbitrarily.
8. Ensure the thermal control components are in good condition and check them regularly. If the micro switch is found to be malfunctioning or damaged, replace it in time.
9. The main motor used in the heater normally does not require maintenance for 5000 hours of use. If it works abnormally due to long use time or other reasons, it should be inspected. Check the carbon brush wear or bearing lubrication, and add lubricating grease or replace carbon brushes if necessary.
10. During the warm season when the heater is not in use, start it regularly 4-5 times, each time running for about 5 minutes, to ensure the heater operates normally the next time it is used.
