SRY2-1/SRY2-2 Threaded Oil Heater
Thread-mounted single-head electric heating tube structure: A male (or female) hollow bolt with a hexagon head (for tightening) of varying sizes (determined by the customer) is welded at the terminal end of the single-head electric heating tube. It can be divided into two types: hexagon head facing up and facing down. Application: Widely used for heating various liquid materials, can withstand pressure ≥0.8Mpa. Recommended specifications: 8︿20×60︿1000
Product Features:
1. SRY2-1/SRY2-2 Threaded Tubular Electric Heater, when heating air, the elements should be arranged crosswise and evenly to ensure good heat dissipation and fully heat the flowing air.
2. The wiring part should be placed outside the insulation layer to avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media, and moisture.
3. The lead wires should be able to withstand the temperature of the wiring part and the heating load for a long time. When tightening the wiring screws, avoid excessive force.
4. SRY2-1/SRY2-2 Threaded Tubular Electric Heater, the magnesium oxide powder at the outlet end of the heating tube should be protected from pollutants and moisture ingress at the usage site to prevent leakage accidents.
Instructions:
1) The working voltage must not exceed 1.1 times its rated value, and the shell should be effectively grounded.
2) Dimension "B" in the diagram must be fully immersed in oil (and checked regularly) to avoid burning. The heated oil should be free of corrosive gases.
3) The mounting hole size for this electric heater is φ65mm.
4) This model heater is designed according to JB2379-78 flowing oil standard, with a surface load of 2-3.8 w/cm2.
5) When selecting, the heater size should be determined based on the actual dimensions of the heating medium.
Precautions:
1. Dimension "B" in the outline drawing must be fully immersed in oil to avoid burning the components. The heated oil should be non-corrosive.
2. When melting solid oils such as asphalt and paraffin, reduce the voltage first, then increase to rated voltage after melting to prevent heat concentration and reduce component lifespan.
3. If carbon deposits are found on the tube surface, remove them thoroughly before reuse to avoid efficiency reduction or even component damage.
4. Components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1 megohm due to long-term storage, SRY2/SRY3/SRY4 can be dried in an oven at about 200°C for several hours (or apply low voltage to the components for several hours) to restore insulation resistance.
