BGY2-220/3 Explosion-proof Electric Heater Principle
Explosion-proof heaters are generally used in hazardous places where explosions may occur. Since the surrounding environment contains flammable and explosive oils, gases, dust, etc., once they come into contact with electric sparks, explosions can be caused. Therefore, heating in such places requires the use of explosion-proof heaters. The main explosion-proof measure of the explosion-proof heater is that there is an explosion-proof device in the junction box of the heater to eliminate the risk of ignition by electric sparks. For different heating occasions, the explosion-proof grade requirements of the heater are also different, depending on the specific situation.
Technology:
Explosion-proof heating tube, which is composed of an explosion-proof heating tube and an explosion-proof junction box. The BGY2-220/3 explosion-proof electric heater stainless steel heating tube evenly distributes high-temperature resistance wires inside a high-temperature resistant stainless steel seamless tube, and densely fills the gaps with crystalline magnesium oxide powder that has excellent thermal conductivity and insulation properties. This structure of the heating tube is not only efficient but also has uniform heating. When current passes through the high-temperature resistance wires, the heat generated by the heating tube diffuses through the crystalline magnesium oxide powder to the surface of the metal tube, and then transfers to the heated object or air, achieving the purpose of heating.
