1. All vehicle systems operate normally. The control console can be removed, and the vehicle can drive normally.
2. The fault simulation system can simulate actual operating conditions and set various common faults of real vehicle systems.
3. The pointer-type oil pressure gauge indicates fuel pressure; the pointer-type vacuum gauge indicates vacuum pressure.
4. The console panel is painted with color spray circuit diagrams of each system, protected by plexiglass. Students can intuitively compare circuit diagrams with the actual engine to understand and
analyze the working principles and processes of each control system.
5. The console panel is equipped with test terminals, allowing direct testing of sensors and actuators on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency, waveform signals, etc.
6. The training system is equipped with a main power switch and safety protection devices such as guards for rotating parts.
7. The base part of the training system uses the original vehicle chassis, the panel cabinet is stamped and formed, the surface is painted with baking finish, and the control panel cabinet base is equipped with universal self-locking casters.
Overall dimensions: Original vehicle dimensions
