SRZ radiator is a kind of radiator suitable for both steam system and hot water system for heating air. It is mainly used for air heating in warm air heating, air conditioning systems and drying devices, and is the main equipment in hot air devices. It is widely used in the current industrial and mining enterprises, and the heating and ventilation systems of various large buildings.
The heat medium for SRZ radiator can be steam or hot water. The working pressure of steam for SRZ radiator is 0.3~16 kg/cm², and the hot water temperature can be around 130~70°C.
SRZ radiator is mainly composed of three rows of staggered spiral finned tube bundles arranged along the air flow direction. The finned tubes are made by winding 15×0.5mm corrugated steel strip on Φ21×2mm seamless steel pipe, forming a spiral shape. The fin pitch has three types: 5mm - large "D", 6mm - medium "Z", and 8mm - small "X", with a total of 38 specifications.

Model Meaning
SRZ radiator model: S stands for radiator, R stands for winding, Z stands for this series. According to the rounding of the length dimension in decimeters of the ventilation frontal area × the rounding of the width dimension in decimeters of the ventilation frontal area, for example, if the length of the ventilation frontal area is 1505mm, the width is 1001mm, large type, fin pitch is 5mm, then it is SRZ-15×10(D).
