Cast Aluminum Heater
(Industrial Equipment Cast Aluminum Heater)
Cast Aluminum Electric Heater is an electric heater that uses tubular electric heating elements as the heating body and high-quality aluminum alloy material as the shell, formed by die-casting. Its operating temperature is generally between 150 and 450 degrees Celsius, and it can be widely used in plastic machinery, mold heads, cable machinery, chemical, rubber, petroleum, and other equipment. Cast aluminum heaters have the advantages of long life, good thermal insulation performance, strong mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and magnetic field resistance. The explosion-proof mark of explosion-proof heaters is ExdⅡBT4, ExDⅡBT6, ExdeⅡCT6, etc.

Performance and Application
Cast aluminum electric heater is a high-efficiency heater with uniform heat distribution. The metal alloy with excellent thermal conductivity ensures uniform temperature on the heating surface, eliminating hot spots and cold spots on the equipment. It has the advantages of long life, good thermal insulation performance, strong mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and magnetic field resistance. Adding insulation devices to the external heat dissipation surface and sintering infrared rays on the internal heat dissipation surface can save 35% of electricity.
Instructions for Use
1) The working voltage must not exceed 10% of the rated value;
2) The wiring part should be placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer, and the shell should be effectively grounded;
3) The cast aluminum heater should be stored in a dry place. If stored for a long time and the insulation resistance is lower than 1MΩ, it can be baked in an oven at about 200 degrees Celsius for 5-6 hours to restore normal.
