600KW Explosion-Proof Electric Heater 600KW Explosion-Proof Electric Heater Product Description
The 600KW explosion-proof electric heater uses tubular electric heating elements to heat nitrate, with molten nitrate as the heating medium. The common molten salt heating method can achieve a maximum temperature of 550°C and a maximum power of 2000KW.
This explosion-proof electric heater features:
1. Small size, closed-loop heat supply, low heat loss, fast thermal response, high thermal efficiency, and good energy-saving effect.
2. Complete operation control and safety monitoring devices to ensure good safety performance: The heater is equipped with multiple electrical protections and an independent overtemperature alarm system separate from temperature control. When the internal temperature of the heater exceeds the set value, it will automatically cut off the power supply, cannot be automatically restored, and will give an alarm prompt to protect the electric heating elements. The heater is equipped with several interlock interfaces to interlock with other equipment such as pumps, flow (pressure) switches, etc., to ensure that a certain flow of medium is flowing during heating of the explosion-proof electric heater, ensuring system safety.
3. Low operating cost and fast investment recovery.
The equipment has a reasonable structure, complete accessories, short installation period, simple operation, high automation, safety and reliability, and wide application range.
This series of explosion-proof electric heater products has been widely used in chemical plants, refineries, oil depots, offshore platforms, and other fields.
