Thermal Oil Heater Power pump drives the heat transfer medium (usually water or oil) from the tank with built-in heater to the temperature control equipment, and then back from the temperature control equipment to the tank. The controller adjusts the temperature of the heat transfer fluid based on the temperature of the hot fluid measured by the temperature sensor or the internal temperature of the temperature control equipment, thereby regulating the temperature of the temperature control equipment.
Thermal Oil Heater Power Generally, the water-type control temperature range is low, and the oil-type control temperature range is high. The working temperature of water type is 90°C, the working temperature of pressurized water type is 160°C~180°C, and the oil type is used for working temperature ≥150°C, with a maximum working temperature of 350°C.
