Electric heater varieties include: cast aluminum heater, cast iron heater, quartz tube heater, stainless steel electric heating tube, 10# steel heating tube, heating tube with wound heat sink, VC443, VC442, VC441, VC432 induction heater, hot plate assembly, vacuum diffusion pump electric heating plate, dust-free heater, thermocouple, high-temperature wire, ceramic heating tile, resistance wire, and other specifications.
This series of heater products: resistance wires are all made of imported nickel-chromium wire and high-quality insulating materials. It has the characteristics of reasonable design, fine and precise processing, high thermal efficiency, energy saving, safety and reliability.
Usage and maintenance:
1. First, check whether the power supply voltage at the use site matches the rated voltage of this product. If not, a power supply voltage equal to the rated voltage of this product should be provided.
2. To ensure safety, remember to reliably ground the electrical equipment shell.
3. If the electric heater product has been stored for more than three months before use, it should be intermittently powered on for self-drying under allowable conditions. Heat for ten minutes, then power off for half an hour, repeat three to four times to expel moisture inside the heating element.
4. During storage, the electric heater should be protected from moisture and corrosion, and stored in a well-ventilated place.
Instructions:
1) The working voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated value;
2) The wiring part should be placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer, and the shell should be effectively grounded;
3) It should be placed in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is lower than 1MΩ due to long-term storage, it can be baked in an oven at about 200°C for 5-6 hours to restore normal.

3D Integrated Cast Aluminum Electric Heater
3D Integrated Cast Aluminum Heater, professional name:3D MAX Integrated Rapid Heating System, is the core heating system of instant electric water heaters. It consists of independent water flow channels three-dimensionally surrounding the heating element, integrating surrounding water path, core planar heating, constant temperature control heat dissipation device, dry-burning protection device, and anti-scale design system, effectively solving safety performance issues such as water leakage, electric leakage, scale, dry burning, and fluctuating outlet water temperature in instant heating systems, improving efficiency and speed. Because its processing technology is aluminum alloy integral casting forming cast aluminum heating technology, it is commonly called "cast aluminum" heater. It consists of independent water flow channels three-dimensionally surrounding the heating element, integrating surrounding water path, core planar heating, constant temperature control heat dissipation device, dry-burning protection device, and anti-scale design system, effectively solving safety performance issues such as water leakage, electric leakage, scale, dry burning, and fluctuating outlet water temperature in instant heating systems, improving efficiency and speed. It is an integrated heating system developed by technicians of Yangzhou Darui Electric Co., Ltd. through years of effort combining the advantages of various water heaters and instant heating technologies, enhancing and perfecting instant electric water heater heating technology. It has gradually gained widespread attention and application, and has obtained national utility model patent certificates. There are products imitating this heating system on the market, but imitators not only use inferior materials to reduce costs but also shorten water channels and use double-head heating tubes. Although the appearance is similar, the performance and quality are greatly compromised. "3D MAX Integrated Rapid Heating System" is abbreviated as "cast aluminum heater" because its structure is integrally cast from aluminum alloy. The integrally formed filling thermal conductive medium can be any metal material with high thermal conductivity, not limited to aluminum alloy. Special reminder to prevent future imitators from calling it "cast zinc, cast copper heater" to mislead consumers.
