BGY2-220/1 Explosion-Proof Electric Heater Overview
This heater is an explosion-proof type and has been widely used in China's petrochemical, metallurgical and other industries. However, its service life is not as long as that of other new types of heaters. Its heating power per unit area is relatively high, which easily leads to carbon deposition on the heater surface. Especially for heaters above 5KW, the normal service life is only about 3 years. Therefore, this heater is not a recommended product of our company.
BGY2-220/1 Explosion-Proof Electric Heater Technology:
Explosion-proof heating tube, which is composed of an explosion-proof heating tube and an explosion-proof junction box. The stainless steel heating tube evenly distributes high-temperature resistance wires inside a seamless tube made of high-temperature resistant stainless steel. The gaps are densely filled with crystalline magnesium oxide powder that has excellent thermal conductivity and insulation properties. This structure not only leads to high thermal efficiency but also ensures uniform heating. When current passes through the high-temperature resistance wires, the heat generated by the heating tube is dispersed through the crystalline magnesium oxide powder to the metal tube surface, and then transferred to the heated object or air, achieving the purpose of heating.

This product is a new type of wellhead insulation explosion-proof electric heater developed after three years of repeated practice, summarizing various wellhead insulation heating materials used in oil extraction processes.
This product is widely used in oilfield injection and production wellhead insulation boxes, as well as outdoor instruments, valves, and electrical insulation boxes in winter. It is an ideal equipment for winter insulation and heating.
