Pipeline Electric Heater

    The pipeline electric heater is an electric heating device that heats the medium, converting electricity into thermal energy. It uses stainless steel electric heating tubes as heating elements, and multiple guide plates are installed inside the product to guide the residence time of the medium in the cavity, thereby ensuring uniform heating of the medium and improving heat exchange efficiency. The internal high-temperature voltage system of the pipeline electric heater is composed of metal tubes. During operation, the high-temperature circulation system is filled with magnesium aluminum oxide, which has good insulation and thermal conductivity. The tube ends are sealed with silicone ceramic. The structure is not only advanced but also provides excellent heating effects, making it an energy-saving and environmentally friendly pipeline electric heater.

II. Application Fields and Heating Range

    Pipeline Electric Heater can heat the medium from the initial temperature to the required temperature, up to 850°C. It has been widely used in aerospace, weapon industry, chemical industry, and many scientific research and production laboratories in universities. It is particularly suitable for automatic temperature control and high-flow high-temperature combined systems and accessory tests. The heating medium is non-conductive, non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive. The heated space heats up quickly (controllable).
    The pipeline electric heater has a wide range of applications. It can be subdivided into nitrogen heaters and hydrogen heaters based on the heating gas, both of which can be called pipeline gas heaters.

III. Technical Features of Pipeline Electric Heater

    1. It can heat the medium to a very high temperature, up to 850°C, while the shell temperature is only about 50°C;
    2. High efficiency: up to 0.9 or above; 3. Fast heating and cooling rates, up to 10°C/s, with fast and stable adjustment. There will be no temperature overshoot or lag of the controlled medium, which can cause temperature drift, making it suitable for automatic control;
    4. Good mechanical performance: Because the heating element is made of special alloy material, it has better mechanical performance and strength than any other heating element under the impact of high-pressure air flow. This is particularly advantageous for systems and accessory tests that require continuous heating of air for long periods;
    5. If used properly, the service life can be as long as decades, making it durable;
    6. Clean air, small size;
