1200KW channel type electric heater is mainly used for air heating in air ducts. The specifications are divided into three types: low temperature, medium temperature and high temperature. The common feature in structure is that steel plates are used to support the electric heating tubes to reduce vibration of the tubes when the fan stops. Over-temperature control devices are installed in the junction box. The low-temperature type can be directly installed on the air duct, while the medium-temperature and high-temperature types, due to structural differences, have 100mm thick insulation material sandwiched between the outer wall of the channel and the heater junction box, which on one hand reduces heat dissipation from the entire channel, and on the other hand reduces the temperature inside the junction box.

1. The electric heating tube uses externally wound corrugated stainless steel strip, which increases the heat dissipation area and greatly improves the heat exchange efficiency.
2. The heater is reasonably designed with low wind resistance, uniform heating, and no high or low temperature dead spots.
3. Dual protection ensures good safety performance. A thermostat and fuse are installed on the heater to control the air temperature in the duct and to operate under no-wind conditions, ensuring foolproof operation.
