1 The equipment consists of a heating body and an electric control system. It is compact in size, occupies little space, has a compact structure, and features advanced design. Equipped with an advanced digital temperature controller for temperature regulation, the outlet temperature can be adjusted as needed. It also automatically displays temperature, and automatically controls temperature.
2 The equipment has high thermal efficiency and fast heating. For example, it takes only 10 minutes to raise the incoming oil temperature from 80-90°C to 125°C. During heating operation, the outlet oil temperature is stabilized within the set range (generally set at 110-130°C). When the temperature is reached, the power is cut off to stop heating; when it falls below, the power is automatically restored for heating.
3 With the increase in oil temperature, the viscosity of the withdrawable heavy oil decreases accordingly, allowing the burner nozzle to achieve optimal atomization. This makes ignition easy and ensures full combustion of the fuel oil, releasing the calorific value of the fuel within the furnace without producing black smoke, and without fouling the furnace, furnace tubes, or heat exchange tubes. The heat transfer effect is good, thereby reducing fuel consumption and achieving significant energy-saving effects.
4 By properly selecting the withdrawable heavy oil electric heater and appropriately increasing the amount of oil returned after heating, the related heating devices can be utilized simultaneously, and the steam boiler used for heat tracing can be decommissioned. This eliminates the danger of the steam boiler and saves a significant amount of capital.
5 The design life of the withdrawable heavy oil electric heater is 3-5 years.
