To meet the needs of installing and removing bolts in high, medium, and low-pressure cylinders of steam turbines and improve work efficiency, our company has developed two major series and over 10 varieties of bolt heating devices. The DJ22-1 low-pressure bolt heating device for steam turbines has been used by many power plants. This device is safe, reliable, easy to operate, has a long service life, and is well received by users.
The DJ22-1 DC adjustable bolt heating control cabinet, used in conjunction with DC bolt heaters, features stable and adjustable DC output voltage (0~220V adjustable), multiple output channels (up to 12 loads), high output power, and safety and reliability.
Usage Precautions 1. The control cabinet shell must be reliably grounded. 2. The phase and neutral wires between the bolt heater plug and the cabinet socket must be correctly connected; misconnection is strictly prohibited. 3. When installing or removing the bolt heater, the power must be disconnected. For the DJ22-1 series control cabinet, the voltage adjustment and indication should be at the minimum position; the DJ22-1 low-voltage control cabinet must not be switched under load. 4. When connecting loads, pay attention to the balance between the three phases.
5. If a connector is damaged, it must be replaced with the same type. 6. Special bolt heaters must be manufactured according to the specific dimensions of the bolts. When ordering, please provide: a. bolt outer diameter; b. bolt outer diameter; c. total bolt length; d. nut length; e. the heating control cabinet used in conjunction.
Model specifications and parameters are specified in the table below: Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China on 1988-07-20, implemented on 1989-07-01
Note 1: The electric heater parameters listed in this table are applicable to bolts with a center hole diameter of d=22.6±0.2mm. For electric heaters with center hole diameters and specifications not listed in this table, the user and manufacturer shall negotiate. 2. The surface power density of the electric heaters listed in this table is 8-11 W/cm².
