Thermal Oil Electric Heating Tube
Darui Electric recommends for you
When the heating medium passes through the electric heater heating chamber under pressure, the fluid thermodynamics principle is used to uniformly take away the huge heat generated by the electric heating element during operation, so that the temperature of the heated medium reaches the user's process requirements. Used for heating flowing liquid or gaseous media, the heating tube is a device that consumes electrical energy and converts it into heat energy to heat the material to be heated. During operation, the low-temperature fluid medium enters its input port through the pipeline under pressure, taking away the high-temperature thermal energy generated by the electric heating element during operation, causing the temperature of the heated medium to rise. Along the specific heat exchange flow path inside the electric heating container, when the heating element overheats, the independent overheat protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power supply. Using the path designed by fluid thermodynamics principles, the electric heater outlet obtains the high-temperature medium required by the process. The internal control system of the electric heater automatically adjusts the output power of the electric heater based on the temperature sensor signal at the outlet, making the medium temperature at the outlet uniform, avoiding coking, deterioration, carbonization caused by overheating of the heated material, and in severe cases, burning out the heating element, effectively extending the service life of the electric heating tube.
Choose a good quality thermal oil, choose Jian1 thermal oil heater, the surface load of the electric heating tube must meet the relevant requirements
heating tube surface load recommended values:
The following surface load generally refers to heating with metal molds; for water heating, it can be multiplied by 2 to 2.5. For air heating, it is 50% to 60%
| Tube Diameter (φ) |
Load Value (W/cm) |
| φ6~φ10 |

3. The pump flow rate should be selected as large as possible. A fast flow rate can reduce the possibility of local high temperature of the thermal oil. 3. The pump flow rate should be selected as large as possible. A fast flow rate can reduce the possibility of local high temperature of the thermal oil.
4. When the thermal oil heater stops working, the temperature should be reduced to normal temperature first to avoid high-temperature shutdown. Because at the moment of shutdown during high-temperature operation, the surface of the heating tube is still at a high temperature. At this time, the thermal oil inside the heating tube stops flowing, which will cause the local temperature of the thermal oil on the surface of the electric heating tube to be too high, forming carbon deposits.
