GYY4 Oil Tank Electric Heating Tube
Darui Electric recommends
1. In the outline dimension drawing, dimension "B" must be fully immersed in oil to avoid burning the element. The heated oil should be non-corrosive.
2. For SRY3 type, the working liquid level must be below the fasteners and above the dimension line "B".
3. When melting solid oils such as asphalt and paraffin, use reduced voltage until melted, then raise to rated voltage to prevent concentrated power from reducing element service life.
4. If carbon deposits are found on the tube surface, remove them thoroughly before reuse to avoid reduced efficiency or even burning out the element.
5. The element should be stored in a dry place. If insulation resistance drops below 1 megohm due to long-term storage, dry it in an oven at about 200°C for several hours (or pass low voltage through the element for several hours) to restore insulation resistance.
Features:
1. Most hot air circulates inside the box, providing high thermal efficiency and energy savings.
2. Using forced ventilation, the box is equipped with an adjustable air distribution plate for uniform material drying. Heat sources can be steam, hot water, electricity, or far-infrared, offering wide selection.
3. Low noise and smooth operation. Automatic temperature control, easy installation and maintenance.
4. Wide application range, can dry various materials, making it a general-purpose drying equipment.
Application Scope and Uses:
Application Scope
Hot Air Circulating Oven is suitable for heating curing and drying dehydration of materials and products in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, agricultural products, aquatic products, light industry, and heavy industry. For example, raw materials, traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese herbal slices, extracts, powders, granules, granules, water pills, packaging bottles, pigments, dyes, dehydrated vegetables, dried fruits, sausages, plastic resins, electrical components, baking paint, etc.
Main technical parameters and related instructions for hot air circulating oven:
1. Heating heat source: steam, electricity, far-infrared, or combined electric-steam, for user selection.
2. Operating temperature: steam heating 50~140°C, maximum up to 150°C.
3. Electric and far-infrared temperature: 50~300°C.
4. Common steam pressure: 0.2~0.8Mpa (2~8KG).
5. Materials: carbon steel, aluminum plate, and stainless steel.
The uniquely designed strong forced-air circulation system ensures temperature stability. The temperature control system uses digital display for intuitive and clear reading, with reliable protection devices and over-temperature alarm. Customization can be designed for special requirements or to match production lines.
