Flanged stainless steel electric heating tube is composed of multiple heating tubes welded/connected on a flange for centralized heating. It is mainly used for heating in open or closed solution tanks and circulation systems. It has the following advantages: high surface power, which is the surface heating load for air heating. Flanged stainless steel electric heating tube is highly dense and compact in structure. Due to its overall short and dense design, it has good stability and requires no support for installation. The combined type mostly uses argon arc welding/connection to connect the electric heating tube to the flange, or it can use a fastening device form, where each electric heating tube is welded with a fastener. Then it is locked with the flange cover using nuts. The tube and fastener are connected by argon arc welding. The sealing part of the fastener adopts scientific technology. Single tube replacement is convenient, greatly saving future maintenance costs. Imported and domestic materials are selected. Scientific production processes and strict quality management ensure excellent electrical performance of the electric heating tube. 2. Working Principle
Flanged stainless steel heating tube (also called insertion electric heater): It uses U-shaped tubular electric heating elements, designed according to different heating medium specifications, assembled on the flange cover according to power configuration requirements, and inserted into the material to be heated. The large amount of heat generated by the heating element during operation is conducted to the heated medium, raising its temperature to meet the required process requirements. When the medium temperature reaches the set value of the process requirements, the control system adjusts the output power of the electric heater based on the temperature sensor signal through PID calculation, achieving temperature control of the resistive load of the heating element. This makes the medium temperature uniform and meets the requirements; when the heating element overheats or the liquid level is low, the interlock protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power to prevent damage to the heating element, extending its service life. 3. Application Scope
Typical application occasions of explosion-proof electric heaters mainly include: 1. Heating of chemical materials in the chemical industry, drying of some powders under certain pressure, chemical processes, and spray drying. 2. Heating of hydrocarbons, including crude oil, heavy oil, fuel oil, thermal oil, lubricating oil, paraffin, etc. 3. Heating of process water, superheated steam, molten salt, nitrogen (air), water gas, and other fluids that need to be heated. 4. Due to the use of advanced explosion-proof structure, the equipment can be widely used in chemical, military, petroleum, natural gas, offshore platforms, ships, mining areas, and other places requiring explosion-proof measures.
