Features:
This electric heater consists of a heating core and a sheath. The heating core uses tubular electric heating elements as the heat source, and the sheath is made of carbon steel pipe or stainless steel pipe. It has large heat dissipation area and fast heat transfer. The terminal device part is divided into ordinary type using iron-made stretched cup-shaped housing, and special type using bolted explosion-proof housing seal. It meets the requirements of explosion-proof mark dⅡBT4 and protection level IP54 series standards. The electric heater is connected to the oil tank body by flange. The sheath isolates the heating core from the heated oil. When replacing the electric heater, HRY3 Sheath Electric Heater does not need to drain the oil from the tank, just pull out the heating core and replace it with a new one, easy maintenance. The sheath has large contact area with the heated oil, so the oil will not carbonize due to local high temperature. Long service life, safe and reliable.
