Hydraulic Oil Electric Heating Rod SRY6-2 Sheathed Electric Heater
Recommended by Dary Electric
II. Features of Electric Heater for Hydraulic Oil
1. SRY6F Sheathed Electric Heater is connected to the gearbox via a flange. Since the heater itself has a sheath, it has the advantages of large heat dissipation area, fast heat transfer, long service life, and convenient replacement and maintenance.
2. Because the heater adopts a sheathed form, if the heating element is damaged, only the internal heating core needs to be replaced without replacing the entire heater, greatly reducing the subsequent investment of the user.
3. The surface load design of the SRY6F series heater can be determined according to customer needs. Due to the harsh actual use environment of wind power gearboxes, the surface load design of this model should be as close to 0.7 W/cm² as possible.
5. Working voltage tolerance: not greater than 1.1 times the rated value. The shell should be effectively grounded.
6. Working environment: relative humidity not greater than 95%, no explosive, flammable, or corrosive gases.
7. Heater material: carbon steel or stainless steel.
8. Maximum working temperature: 200°C.
9. Working pressure: less than 0.6 MPa
10. Specifications and dimensions: see the table and attached figure
III. Usage, Maintenance, and Precautions:
1. Dimension "B" in the outline drawing must be fully immersed in the oil to avoid burning the component.
2. The heated medium should be non-corrosive.
3. When melting solid oils such as asphalt and paraffin, reduce the voltage during use, and then increase to the rated voltage after melting to prevent excessive heat concentration that reduces the service life of the component.
4. If carbon deposits are found on the surface of the heating tube, remove the carbon completely before reuse to avoid reduced efficiency or even burning of the component.
5. The component should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1 MΩ after long-term storage, dry it in an oven at about 200°C for several hours (or apply low voltage to the component for several hours) to restore the insulation resistance.
