Pipeline Electric Heater uses a digital temperature display controller, solid-state relay, and temperature measurement element to form a measurement, regulation, and control loop. During the electric heating process, the temperature measurement element sends the electrical signal of the outlet temperature of the water pipeline electric heater to the digital temperature display controller for amplification. After comparison, the measured temperature value is displayed, and a signal is output to the input end of the solid-state relay, thereby controlling the heater, giving the control cabinet good control accuracy and regulation characteristics. Using an interlocking device, the water pipeline electric heater can be started and stopped remotely.
