Daily Maintenance:
2. If too much carbon deposit causes reduced thermal efficiency, clean the heat sink on the inner wall of the water jacket and the carbon deposit in the combustion chamber.
4. Ensure the fuel tank, fuel pipe, and fuel filter solenoid valve are clean to prevent dirt from clogging the fuel circuit.
6. The heater water pump should be inspected regularly based on user conditions. If water leakage from the mechanical seal or difficulty in starting and running the pump is found, repair it promptly.
8. Ensure the thermal control components are in good condition and inspect them regularly. If the micro switch malfunctions or is damaged, replace it promptly.
10. During warm seasons when the heater is not in use, start it 4-5 times regularly, each run about 5 minutes, to ensure normal operation when used next time.
