Stainless Steel Ceramic Electric Heating Ring

The high-temperature resistant ceramic electric heating ring is not made by the ordinary mica winding method, but by threading wires through ceramic strips. Therefore, the power of this product is 0.5 to 1.5 times higher than ordinary ones. The heating element is made of imported round ceramic wire wound into a spring shape and threaded into ceramic strips, with an outer cover made of Japanese stainless steel and high-temperature insulation cotton (aluminum silicate fiber board) in the middle to prevent heat leakage. The ceramic strips are high-frequency ceramics with characteristics such as fast heat transfer, hardness, resistance to breakage, high temperature deformation resistance, and aging resistance. Brief performance of ceramic heating ring: It is mainly suitable for extrusion, casting, and downward stamping mechanical operations with temperatures up to 450 degrees, surface load 6.5W/cm. Features include long life, high temperature resistance, 30% reduction in energy consumption, and high insulation. It is currently the most suitable electric heating product for extruders, injection molding machines, and film blowing machines. The ceramic heating ring has advantages such as flexible installation, fast heat transfer, good insulation, and no limitation on model or size. It has high working temperature, fast heating, high thermal efficiency, no pollution, and uniform heating.

Specific advantages are as follows:

1. It has flexibility. For example, when heating containers or pipelines, it can be bent into an arc or circle to wrap around the surface for heating. For large workpieces, local areas can be wrapped, and large surfaces can be covered flat. It is suitable for heating workpieces of various geometric shapes. 2. High working temperature, fast heating, high thermal efficiency, no pollution, uniform heating, and can achieve automatic control.

3. High mechanical strength, good thermal insulation performance, large contact area with the heated object, and long service life.

4. Easy installation and maintenance, low operating cost. Even if the internal heating material is damaged, the external ceramic components can still be reused.

Stainless Steel Mica Electric Heating Ring

The mica heating ring uses high-quality nickel-chromium alloy heating wire as the heating element, with natural mica as the insulation layer wound around it, and the outer layer uses high-quality stainless steel as the heat conduction layer. The mica heating ring can be processed into rings, plates, and various special-shaped products according to customer requirements. The normal surface load of the mica heating ring is 2.5-3 watts per square centimeter. Customers should use an automatic temperature control system according to the required power range to maintain normal power and protect the service life of the heating ring. Performance advantages of stainless steel mica electric heating ring: Since this product uses stainless steel and mica as raw materials, it is not limited by size in production. It can be used for small-scale heating of the nozzle or for heating the barrel of plastic machinery. It has reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, stable performance, uniform heating, fast heat dissipation, long service life, good insulation performance, and high voltage resistance. Application range of stainless steel mica heating ring: Widely used in injection molding machines, extruders, and other plastic molding machinery.

Cast Aluminum Electric Heating Ring

Cast aluminum heating rings can be divided into die-casting and casting processes. In cases with many specifications and sizes, the casting process is generally used. During casting, high-purity aluminum blocks are used, which are melted from solid to liquid in a high-temperature furnace, then poured into a mold that has been pre-installed with heating tubes. After cooling and forming, they are further processed. The normal thickness of cast aluminum heating rings is 20mm and 25mm. The 25mm thick heating ring has a concave and convex air groove structure design on the inner wall to prevent the internal heating tube from overheating during use. For example, when the temperature is high, air cooling or water cooling can be used on the inner wall to quickly reach the standard operating temperature. At the same time, the heating ring is basically made by splitting a circle into two halves, forming two semicircular pieces, which are then fixed with bolts. The temperature measurement hole is mainly used in situations where temperature signals need to be collected. Usually, holes are drilled on the curved surface of the cast aluminum heating ring according to the design dimensions for installing thermocouples.
