1. The working voltage must not exceed 10% of the rated value; the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 95%, and there should be no explosive or corrosive gases.
2. The wiring part should be placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer, and the shell should be effectively grounded; avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media and moisture; the lead wires should be able to withstand the temperature of the wiring part and the heating load for a long time, and avoid excessive force when tightening the wiring screws.
3. The metal casting heater should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is lower than 1MΩ due to long-term storage, it can be restored by baking in an oven at about 200°C for 5-6 hours. Alternatively, reduce the voltage and energize for heating until the insulation resistance is restored.
4. The metal casting heater should be properly positioned and fixed, and the effective heating area must be in close contact with the heated body. Dry burning is strictly prohibited. If dust or contaminants are found on the surface, they should be cleaned promptly before reuse to avoid affecting heat dissipation and shortening the service life.
5. The magnesium oxide powder at the outlet end of the electric heating tube should be protected from pollutants and moisture infiltration at the usage site to prevent leakage accidents.
Specifications
1. Cast aluminum and cast copper heaters: The tubular electric heating elements are cast into aluminum or copper solutions and pressed into heaters of different shapes. Mainly used for heating plastic machinery, ovens, water boilers, pipelines, and non-corrosive liquids.
2. Cast iron heaters: The electric heating tubes are cast into iron solutions, widely used in die-casting machines of lock, zipper, hardware, toy and other factories. The nozzle heater, also known as the gooseneck heater, comes in two types: one where the heating tube is cast into red copper, and the other where it is cast into iron.
3. Other various special electric heating castings: Customized electric heating castings of various specifications can be made according to customer needs.
High-temperature resistance wires are evenly distributed inside a seamless stainless steel tube resistant to high temperatures, and the gaps are densely filled with crystalline magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and insulation performance. This structure is not only advanced and highly efficient but also provides uniform heating. When current passes through the high-temperature resistance wires, the generated heat diffuses through the crystalline magnesium oxide powder to the surface of the metal tube, and then transfers to the heated object or air to achieve the purpose of heating.
