SRZ radiator is a type of radiator suitable for both steam systems and hot water systems for heating air. It is mainly used for air heating in warm air heating, air conditioning systems, and drying devices, and is a key equipment in warm air installations. It is widely used in current industrial and mining enterprises and large buildings for heating and ventilation systems.
The heat medium for SRZ radiator can be steam or hot water. The working pressure of SRZ radiator steam is 0.3 to 16 kg/cm², and the hot water temperature can be around 130 to 70°C.
SRZ radiator mainly consists of three rows of staggered spiral finned tube bundles arranged along the air flow direction. The finned tubes are made by winding 15×0.5mm corrugated steel belts onto Ф21×2mm seamless steel tubes, forming a spiral shape. The fin pitch includes three types: 5mm - large "D", 6mm - medium "Z", and 8mm - small "X", with a total of 38 specifications.
Structural Features

Compact structure: SRZ radiator is made by winding corrugated steel belts onto seamless steel tubes, forming a spiral shape with a fin pitch of only 5 to 8mm; SRL radiator uses steel tube aluminum fin tube bundles with tight contact and good heat dissipation performance.

4. Model meaning
SRZ radiator model: S stands for radiator, R for winding, Z for this series. It is expressed as the integer of the ventilation cross-section length in decimeters multiplied by the integer of the ventilation cross-section width in decimeters. For example, if the ventilation cross-section length is 1505mm, width is 1001mm, large type, fin pitch 5mm, then it is SRZ-15×10(D).
