U-shaped Electric Heater Application Range
1. The working voltage of the U-shaped electric heater must not exceed 1.1 times its rated value, and the shell should be effectively grounded.
2. The dimension "B" in the figure must be fully immersed in oil (and checked regularly) to avoid burning. The heated oil should be free of corrosive gases.
3. The mounting hole size of this electric heater is φ65mm.
4. The tubular electric heating element is designed according to the standard of flowing oil, with a surface load of 2-3.8 W/cm².
5. When selecting, the heater size should be determined based on the actual size of the heating medium.

Application Range:

1. Heating and raising temperature of chemical materials in the chemical industry, drying of some powders under certain pressure, chemical processes, and spray drying.

2. Heating of hydrocarbons, including crude oil, heavy oil, fuel oil, thermal oil, lubricating oil, paraffin, etc.

3. Heating of process water, superheated steam, molten salt, nitrogen (air), water gas, and other fluids that need temperature rise.

4. The U-shaped electric heater adopts an advanced explosion-proof structure and can be widely used in chemical, military, petroleum, natural gas, offshore platforms, ships, mining areas, and other places requiring explosion-proof measures.
