Product Overview
The thermal oil boiler directly heats the organic carrier (thermal oil) by inserting heating elements into it. Using a circulation pump, it forces the thermal oil to undergo liquid-phase circulation, transferring heat to one or more heat-using equipment. After the heat is unloaded by the heat-using equipment, it returns to the heater through the circulation pump, absorbs heat again, and transfers it to the heat-using equipment. This cycle repeats, achieving continuous heat transfer, raising the temperature of the heated object to meet the process requirements of heating.
Working Principle
● Electricity is the energy source, and electrical energy is converted into heat energy through electric heating elements.
● Organic heat carrier (thermal oil) is used as the heat transfer medium. Through a high-temperature oil pump, the thermal oil is forced to circulate in the system, being heated repeatedly, thereby meeting the needs of heat users (heat-using equipment or heat-using cycles) to continuously obtain the required heat energy.
● Meets the process temperature set in the production process and the requirements for high-precision temperature control.
