Far Infrared Electric Heater

Far Infrared Electric Heater is a new generation of heating equipment for reactors, featuring reasonable structural design, good radiation effect, safety and reliability, significant energy saving, long service life, no noise, no pollution, no additional space occupation, precise temperature control, and easy installation and operation.

Application:
It saves more than 30% of production costs compared to traditional heat transfer oil and steam heating. In the context of energy conservation, emission reduction, and environmental protection, many large chemical units at home and abroad are replacing heat transfer oil and steam heating with far infrared heating. The product is widely used in industries such as automotive, textile, printing and dyeing, dye, papermaking, bicycle, refrigerator, washing machine, chemical fiber, ceramics, electrostatic spraying, grain, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, tobacco, etc., achieving ultra-fast drying and heating purposes, especially suitable for chemical reactors, large drying rooms for leather machinery, drying ovens, and conveyor drying tunnels.

Principle:
The far infrared electric heater uses electric heating combined with far infrared technology to evenly distribute heat into the reactor. It is a radiant heater, and far infrared has the effect of promoting blood circulation, which is beneficial and harmless to the human body.
The silicon carbide far infrared radiation element is the main component of this heater. Silicon carbide has a room temperature flexural strength of 45MPa, a high temperature flexural strength of 50MPa at 1000°C, a bulk density of 2.7-2.75g/cm³, a thermal expansion rate of 0.42-0.48% at 900°C, and a thermal conductivity of 10.3-16.7W/m·K (at 350°C).
After being powered on, the far infrared heater can form a strong broad-spectrum directional radiation in the vertical space, effectively converting electrical energy into far infrared radiation energy, which is directly transferred to the material to be dried, quickly converted into molecular thermal motion, drying from the inside out, achieving rapid drying and setting, and achieving significant energy-saving effects. When far infrared radiation hits an object, it can be absorbed, reflected, or transmitted. The heated and dried material absorbs far infrared radiation energy at a certain depth inside and on the surface molecules simultaneously, generating a self-heating effect, causing the solvent or water molecules to evaporate, with uniform heating, thus avoiding deformation and quality changes caused by different thermal expansion, maintaining the appearance, physical and mechanical properties, fastness, and color of the material.

Models:

This model is a sealed type, suitable for external heating of various reactors, enamel reactors, distillation reactors, rectification reactors, polymerization reactors, and other non-standard containers. It features large heating area, easy installation, operation, and maintenance, long service life, low heat loss, significant energy-saving effect, safety and reliability. It can be designed and processed according to the specific requirements of the container's dimensions, material process requirements, material characteristics, and environment. It can also be designed and manufactured in sections according to changes in material liquid level.
TF-J Type Far Infrared Heating Device
This model is a modular combined type, suitable for external heating of various reactors, enamel reactors, horizontal tanks, and other large non-standard containers. The structure is a segmented combined type, easy to install and operate, without air heat transfer, low heat loss, high thermal efficiency, significant energy-saving effect, safety and reliability. It can be designed and processed according to the specific requirements of the container's dimensions, material process requirements, material characteristics, and environment. It can also be designed and manufactured in sections according to changes in material liquid level. Especially when the user's container has many nozzles, it can be processed to avoid them, and it also solves the problem of transportation due to oversized overall structure width.
TF-G Tubular Insertion Type Far Infrared Heating Device
This model is inserted into horizontal or vertical reactors for internal heating. The principle is to insert tubular far infrared radiation heating elements inside the container. This heating method is suitable for rapid heating of flowing circulating liquids, as well as for heating static materials inside the container. It can also be used as a "far infrared heat transfer oil furnace". Especially for large reactors with large diameters and tall cylinders, when the heat transfer area of external heating is insufficient, this heating method is most ideal, increasing the heat exchange area. Its characteristics include fast heating, high heat load (high surface power), long service life, uniform material heating, easy control of inlet and outlet temperature difference and temperature, and low heat loss. It is the most ideal method for fluid heating, especially suitable for coal chemical and coal tar refining processes.
TF-M/J-G Pipe External Wrapping Type Far Infrared Heating Device
This heating form is widely used for heating pipes, distillation towers, catalytic processes, fluids, and other products. It can also be used for pipe insulation. Its performance advantages are consistent with other forms of heating, and it has a wide range of applications. Common pipe diameters: Φ34, Φ57, Φ76, Φ89, Φ108, Φ125, Φ159, Φ180, Φ219, Φ325, Φ450, Φ600 and above for various pipes or towers. Pipe diameter and length are not limited. Non-standard processing can be done according to user process requirements, and safety performance meets explosion-proof requirements.
TF-M-P Type Far Infrared Radiation Heating Device for Coiled Pipes
This heating device adopts a form of internal and external clamping and directional radiation heating for coiled serpentine pipes. Its purpose is to rapidly heat fluid materials, achieving the effect of low-temperature inlet and high-temperature outlet. The inlet and outlet temperature difference is easy to control, and the equipment is safe and reliable. It is the most ideal heating method for flowing gases or liquids, with a maximum temperature of up to 550°C.
GCH Type Far Infrared Heat Transfer Oil Furnace and Air Heater Series
This heating equipment is suitable for heating flowing air and can also be used for heating flowing liquids. When flowing air enters the inner cavity of the heating device, it is guided by baffles, flowing in a wave-like pattern within the inner cavity, fully exchanging heat with the surface heat of the heating elements inside the cavity, achieving rapid and sufficient heating of the air. This equipment has a wide range of applications.
