Maintenance:

1) Clean the heater regularly according to the actual working mode and the contamination level of the fluid. Use appropriate cleaning solution to flush muddy deposits, while solid deposits inside or in recesses of components need to be removed by disassembling the heating element assembly. To avoid damage to the heating elements or heater recesses, use suitable solvents for cleaning.

2) Only the conduit side of the heating element group can be cleaned with liquid detergent or solvent.

3) After cleaning the heater, reassemble the heater in reverse order of the above steps, replace the new flange gasket, and test the heating elements.
