Introduction:
The finned electric heating tube is made of high-quality stainless steel, modified magnesium oxide powder, high-resistance electric heating alloy wire, stainless steel heat sink and other materials, using advanced production equipment and processes, and has undergone strict quality management. The finned electric heating tube can be installed in air blowing ducts or other heating applications for static or flowing air. The finned electric heating tube has a metal heat sink wound on the surface of the ordinary element, which expands the heat dissipation area by 2 to 3 times compared with ordinary elements. That is, the allowable surface power load of the finned element is 3 to 4 times that of ordinary elements. Due to the shortened length of the element, its own heat loss is reduced. Under the same power conditions, it has the advantages of fast heating, uniform heating, good heat dissipation performance, high thermal efficiency, long service life, small heating device volume, and low cost. It is reasonably designed according to user requirements for easy installation.
Materials:
Common materials for the outer tube include In800, In840, 304, 316L, 310S, aluminum, copper, low carbon steel, etc.
Magnesium oxide powder is selected according to different usage requirements, including high-temperature powder, medium-temperature powder, etc.
The resistance wire is the heating element, and there are generally two types of materials: Ni-Cr wire and Fe-Cr-Al.
Lead terminal materials generally include two types: stainless steel and free-cutting iron.
Sealing materials include: epoxy, silicone, glass, etc.

Precautions:
1. The element is allowed to work under the following conditions:
A. Relative humidity of air not greater than 95%, no explosive or corrosive gases. (Except for explosion-proof heaters)
B. Working voltage should not exceed 1.1 times the rated value, and the shell should be effectively grounded.
C. Insulation resistance ≥1MΩ Dielectric strength: 2KV/1min.
2. The electric heating tube should be properly positioned and fixed. The effective heating area must be fully immersed in liquid or solid metal, and dry burning is strictly prohibited. If scale or carbon deposits are found on the tube surface, they should be cleaned promptly before reuse to avoid affecting heat dissipation and shortening service life.
3. When heating fusible metals or solid nitrates, alkalis, asphalt, paraffin, etc., first reduce the operating voltage, and only increase to the rated voltage after the medium melts.
4. When heating air, the elements should be arranged crosswise and evenly to ensure good heat dissipation conditions and fully heat the flowing air.
5. When heating nitrates, safety measures should be considered to prevent explosion accidents.
6. The wiring part should be placed outside the insulation layer to avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media, or moisture; the lead wires should be able to withstand the temperature of the wiring part and the heating load for a long time, and avoid excessive force when tightening the wiring screws.
7. The element should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is lower than 1MΩ due to long-term storage, it can be dried in an oven at about 200°C, or heated by reducing the voltage until the insulation resistance is restored.
8. The magnesium oxide powder at the outlet end of the electric heating tube should avoid contamination and moisture ingress at the usage site to prevent leakage accidents.
