1. Cold state withstand voltage test 1500V/min, no flashover or breakdown;
2. Rated power deviation is +5%-10%;
3. Leakage current at working temperature ≤0.5mA/KA;
4. Cold insulation resistance of heating tube ≥50MΩ.
