SRQ1 Air Heater Manufacturer Recommendation
I. Specifications and Technical Data:
1. Specifications and dimensions: See Table 1 and Figures 1-5
2. Working voltage tolerance: Not greater than 1.1 times the rated value. The casing should be effectively grounded.
3. Working environment: Relative humidity not greater than 95%, with no explosive, flammable or corrosive gases.
4. Metal tube material: 10# steel or stainless steel.
5. Maximum working temperature: 300°C
6. Fastener: M22×1.5, length 45 mm.
II. Usage, Maintenance and Precautions:
1. Components are generally arranged in a staggered pattern in the pipeline, with a relative distance between two components greater than 40 mm, so that the flowing air can be fully heated. An insulating layer should be provided around the pipeline to reduce heat loss. The air velocity in the pipeline is generally suitable at 8-12 m/s.
2. The terminals of the components should be installed outside the insulating layer. The effective heating part should not be covered with an insulating layer to avoid burning the components.
3. Components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1 megohm due to long-term storage, it can be restored by drying in an oven at about 200°C for several hours (or by applying low voltage to the components for several hours).
