The duct box is located on the vibration-damping base plate. The left and right sides of the duct box are correspondingly provided with an air inlet a and an air outlet b. The electric heating tubes are U-shaped tube structures and there are 45 of them. The hollow support tubes 6 are 90 in number and are all connected to the lower end face of the junction box 4. A through opening c is provided above the duct box. A bearing plate is arranged in the through opening c, and the area of the bearing plate is smaller than the area of the through opening c. The lower ends of the hollow support tubes are all connected to the upper end face of the bearing plate 5. The electric heating tubes are vertically arranged on the bearing plate, and the upper ends of the electric heating tubes 3 pass through the corresponding hollow support tubes one by one and are arranged in the junction box. A sealing elastic connection component is arranged between the bearing plate and the side wall of the through opening c. The bearing plate is connected to the vibration-damping base plate via a support frame. The sealing elastic connection component serves firstly to prevent the heat generated by the electric heating tubes from easily dissipating, achieving a thermal insulation effect, and secondly not to affect the vibration of the duct.
