How to Increase the Service Life of Duct Electric Heaters
Darui Electric recommendsThe purpose of the present invention is to provide a vibration-damping and impact-resistant duct electric heaterduct electric heater, to solve the problem that in existing duct electric heaters, the electric heating elements are generally directly welded to the duct shell. During use, vibration from the fan can easily damage the electric heating elements, leading to increased production costs, reduced service life of the heater, and decreased production efficiency.
To achieve the above purpose, the technical solution of the present invention is as follows:
A vibration-damping and impact-resistant duct electric heater, comprising a duct box, a vibration-damping base plate, electricheating tubes, a junction box, and hollow support tubes. The left and right sides of the duct box are respectively provided with an air inlet and an air outlet. The hollow support tubes are connected to the lower end face of the junction box.
An opening is provided above the duct box, and a bearing plate is arranged in the opening. The lower end of the hollow support tube is connected to the upper end face of the bearing plate. The electric heating tubes are vertically arranged on the bearing plate, and the upper ends of the electric heating tubes pass through the hollow support tubes and are arranged in the junction box. A sealing elastic connecting component is arranged between the bearing plate and the side wall of the opening. The bearing plate is connected to the vibration-damping base plate via a support frame.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention, by arranging a bearing plate not directly connected to the duct box, and then placing the electric heating elements on the bearing plate, avoids the transmission of fan vibration to the electric heating elements. A sealing elastic connecting component is arranged in the gap between the bearing plate and the duct, which prevents heat loss without affecting the contact between the bearing plate and the duct. This solves the problem that in existing duct electric heaters, the electric heating elements are generally directly welded to the duct shell, and during use, fan vibration can easily damage the electric heating elements, leading to increased production costs, reduced service life of the heater, and decreased production efficiency. In addition, the present invention has a simple structure, is easy to implement and operate, and can be widely promoted and used.
