BGY8-220(380)/8 Explosion-Proof Electric Heater Maintenance

High surface power, 2 to 4 times the surface load of air heating, highly compact and tightly structured. Due to its overall short and compact design, it has good stability and requires no support for installation. Combined flange heaters mostly use argon arc welding to connect the electric heating tubes to the flange, or they can use fastening devices, where each heating tube is welded with a fastener. Then, the fasteners are locked with nuts on the flange cover. The tubes and fasteners are argon arc welded to prevent leakage. The sealing parts of the fasteners use scientific technology. Single tube replacement is extremely convenient, greatly saving future maintenance costs. Imported and domestic high-quality materials are selected. Scientific production technology and strict quality management ensure excellent electrical performance of the heating tubes.

Materials:
Outer tube materials commonly include In800, In840, 304, 316L, 310S, aluminum, copper, low carbon steel, etc.
Magnesium oxide powder is selected according to different application requirements, with various specifications such as high-temperature powder, medium-temperature powder, etc.
Resistance wire is the heating element, usually made of two types: Ni-Cr wire and Fe-Cr-Al.
Lead terminal materials are usually two types: stainless steel and free-cutting iron.
Sealing materials include: epoxy, silicone, glass, etc.

Application Scope:
This product can be widely used for heating water, oil, air, nitrate salt solutions, acid solutions, alkali solutions, and low melting point metals (aluminum, zinc, tin, babbitt).
  1. Duct heater: Mainly used in the air duct of air heating systems to blow hot air. It can also be used as heating elements for various ovens and electric furnaces.
  2. Heating of nitrate salt solutions, oil, water: Formed by welding bent tubular electric heating elements onto flanges. Used for heating in open or closed solution tanks and circulation systems.
  3. Single-end heater: Used in heating media where both ends cannot be connected, suitable for equipment such as hot core boxes and core shooting machines.
