Heating tube is made by inserting electric heating wire into a seamless metal tube (carbon steel tube, titanium tube, stainless steel tube, copper tube), filling the gaps with magnesium oxide powder that has good thermal conductivity and insulation, then shrinking the tube, and finally processing it into various shapes required by users. It has simple structure, high thermal efficiency, good mechanical strength, and good adaptability to harsh environments. It can be used for heating various liquids and acids, alkalis, and salts, and is also suitable for melting low melting point metals (lead, zinc, tin, babbit alloy).

Functional Features

Small volume and high power: The heater primarily uses clustered tubular electric heating elements. Fast thermal response, high temperature control accuracy, and high overall thermal efficiency. High heating temperature: The maximum design operating temperature of the heater can reach 850°C. Uniform medium outlet temperature and high temperature control accuracy. Wide application range and strong adaptability: The heater can be used in explosion-proof or ordinary places, with explosion-proof grades up to dⅡB and C, and pressure resistance up to 20MPa. Long life and high reliability: The heater is made of special electric heating materials, with low design surface power load and multiple protections, greatly enhancing the safety and lifespan of the electric heater. Fully automatic control: According to requirements, through the heater circuit design, automatic control of parameters such as outlet temperature, flow, and pressure can be conveniently achieved, and it can be networked with computers. Significant energy-saving effect: Almost 100% of the electrical energy is converted into heat and transferred to the heating medium.

It is a device that converts electrical energy into thermal energy to heat the required material. During operation, the low-temperature fluid medium enters the inlet through the pipeline under pressure, flows along the specific heat exchange channels inside the electric heating container, designed based on fluid thermodynamics principles, to carry away the high-temperature thermal energy generated by the electric heating elements during operation, thereby raising the temperature of the heated medium. The outlet of the electric heater obtains the high-temperature medium required by the process. The internal control system of the electric heater automatically adjusts the output power of the electric heater based on the temperature sensor signal at the outlet, ensuring uniform medium temperature at the outlet. When the heating element overheats, the independent overheat protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power supply, preventing the heated material from deteriorating, coking, or carbonizing due to overheating, and in severe cases, preventing the heating element from burning out, effectively extending the service life of the electric heater.
