Heating Plate Far Infrared Heating Plate
  The far infrared electric heating plate is made of silicon carbide as the base material, with a certain amount of bonding material added, formed into the required specifications, fired at high temperature, internally connected with resistance alloy wire, copper screws as power terminals, the plate surface coated with far infrared radiation coating, and the back made of thermal insulation material with a metal sheet. It is used for metal heat treatment, heating food, wood, paper, cotton and wool fabrics, printing and dyeing, photography, etc., for heating and drying, drying of paint coatings, motor repair, and heating in the petrochemical industry. The use of this product is clean and hygienic, with fast heating speed and good effect, enabling temperature control, easy maintenance, convenient use, and safety and reliability. The surface of this product is divided into: flat plate and corrugated. The wiring direction is divided into: horizontal wiring, vertical wiring, and back wiring. Far Infrared Electric Heating Plate

The silicon carbide far infrared electric heater is a radiant heater. After being energized, it can form a strong broad-spectrum directional radiation in the vertical space. It effectively converts point energy into far infrared radiation energy, directly transfers it to the object to be dried, quickly converts it into molecular thermal motion, dries from the inside out, achieves rapid drying and shaping, and achieves significant energy-saving effects.

Far infrared electric heating plate uses a silicon carbide plate coated with metal oxide, i.e., far infrared coating, as the radiation element. Electric heating wires are installed in the element holes (or grooves), and a thick layer of insulation, refractory, and heat-insulating material is placed at the bottom of the element. Then a metal shell is installed, and the terminal posts are connected for use. The flexural strength of silicon carbide at room temperature is 45Mpa, at 1000℃ high temperature is 50Mpa, bulk density is 2.7-2.75g/cm³, thermal expansion rate at 900℃ is 0.42-0.48%, thermal conductivity (350℃) is 10.3-16.7w/m.k.

When far infrared radiation radiates onto an object, absorption, reflection, and transmission can occur. The heated and dried material absorbs far infrared radiation energy at a certain depth inside and on the surface molecules simultaneously, generating a self-heating effect, causing the solvent or water molecules to evaporate, heating evenly, thus avoiding deformation and quality change due to different thermal expansion degrees, and maintaining the appearance, physical and mechanical properties, fastness, and color of the material intact.

Widely used in automobiles, textiles, printing and dyeing, dyes, papermaking, bicycles, refrigerators, washing machines, chemical fibers, ceramics, electrostatic spraying, grain, food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, tobacco and other industries, achieving ultra-fast drying purposes.
