Precautions before using the steam turbine bolt heating rod must be noted
Application and Features
The low-voltage heating device of the steam turbine bolt heating rod has been used by many power plants. This device is safe, reliable, easy to operate, has a long service life, and is well received by users. The DC adjustable bolt heating control cabinet, used in conjunction with the DC steam turbine bolt heating rod, has the advantages of stable and adjustable output DC voltage (0-220V adjustable), multiple output channels (up to 12 loads), high output power, safety and reliability.
Usage Precautions:
1. The control cabinet housing must be reliably grounded.
2. The phase and neutral wires between the bolt heater plug and the cabinet socket must be correctly connected; misconnection is strictly prohibited.
3. When installing or removing the bolt heater, the power switch must be turned off. The voltage adjustment and indication of the control cabinet should be at the minimum position; the low-voltage control cabinet is strictly prohibited from voltage shifting under load.
4. When connecting loads, pay attention to the balance between the three phases.
5. If connectors are damaged, they must be replaced with the same specifications.
Test Method and Acceptance Criteria
After each electric heater is assembled, measure its insulation resistance with a 500V megohmmeter at room temperature; it must not be less than 50 MΩ. It must withstand a 1500V dielectric strength test for 1 minute without breakdown or flashover. Then, in air, apply the rated working voltage to heat for 2-3 minutes; there must be no overheating, and the insulation resistance must not be less than 0.5 MΩ, with a leakage current not exceeding 0.5mA per kilowatt. Also, check whether its power meets the order requirements (deviation ±5%). After the test, check that all parts of the electric heater are intact.
