2. Test Methods and Acceptance Rules
After each steam turbine bolt heating rod is assembled, its insulation resistance shall be measured with a 500V megohmmeter at room temperature and shall not be less than 50MΩ. It shall withstand a 1500V withstand voltage test for 1 minute without breakdown or flashover. Then, in air, it shall be heated by electricity at the rated working voltage for 2-3 minutes without overheating, and the insulation resistance shall not be less than 0.5MΩ, and the leakage current shall not exceed 0.5mA per kilowatt. And check whether its power meets the order requirements (deviation ±5%). After the test, check whether all parts of the electric heater are intact.
