The DC adjustable bolt heating control cabinet, used in conjunction with the DC steam turbine bolt heater, has the advantages of stable and adjustable output DC voltage (0-220V adjustable), multiple output channels (up to 12 loads), high output power, safety, and reliability.
Usage Precautions
1. The control cabinet shell must be reliably grounded.
2. The phase line and neutral line between the bolt heater plug and the cabinet socket must be correctly connected, and misconnection is strictly prohibited.
3. When installing or removing the bolt heater, the power switch must be turned off. The voltage adjustment and indication of the control cabinet should be at the minimum position; the low-voltage control cabinet is strictly prohibited from voltage shifting with load.
4. When connecting loads, pay attention to the balance between the three phases.
5. If the connector is damaged, it must be replaced with the same specification.
6. The special bolt heater needs to be manufactured according to the specific geometric dimensions of the bolt. When ordering, please provide:
a. Bolt outer diameter;
b. Bolt hole diameter;
c. Total bolt length;
d. Nut length;
e. Information on the matching heating control cabinet.
