Electric heater consists of a heating core and a sheath. The heating core uses high-temperature resistant alloy electric heating wire as the heat source, high-temperature resistant ceramic as the insulating medium, and the sheath is made of cold-drawn seamless steel pipe or stainless steel.
The electric heater is connected to the oil tank body by flange. The sheath isolates the heating core from the heated oil. When replacing the electric heater, there is no need to drain the oil in the tank; only the heating core needs to be pulled out and replaced with a new one, making maintenance convenient.
The electric heater has a large contact area with the heated oil, low surface power, no carbon deposition, and the oil will not be locally overheated and carbonized. It has a long service life, is safe, and reliable.

Usage, maintenance and precautions:
When heating nitrate, safety measures should be considered to prevent explosion accidents.
When nitrate or alkali is solid, the component should be used at reduced voltage until the medium is completely melted before connecting to rated voltage.
When using SRXY type electric heating components, pay attention to avoid contact between the wiring end and nitrate vapor to prevent discharge at the wiring end. The liquid level should not be lower than the dimension B
Components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1 megohm due to long-term storage, it can be restored by drying in an oven at about 200℃ for several hours, or by applying low voltage to the component for several hours.
