1) The Teflon electric heater uses high-quality stainless steel (sus316 or sus304) electric heating tube inner core, with an outer Teflon tube (PTFE) for strong corrosion resistance, suitable for heating various highly corrosive liquids.
2) The heater adopts low surface power design (1.5w/c㎡) to ensure product service life.
3) The installation position of the electric heater should avoid solid deposition on the heater surface, or if the liquid is too thick or the liquid level is too low, it may cause surface heat dissipation failure and burn out the Teflon (PTFE).
