I. Purpose:
This electric heater is mainly used for heating the medium of hydraulic lubrication, and can also be used for heating non-corrosive gases.
II. Features:
1. This electric heater is an overhead angle type electric heater, which can be installed on the top plate of oil tanks and containers. It is convenient for installation, disassembly, maintenance, and replacement. It is safer and more reliable than being installed inside the oil tank, eliminating the possible oil leakage caused by connecting flanges and sealing gaskets. The electric heater can be replaced without draining the oil tank. It saves the maintenance space for replacing the electric heater from the side of the oil tank.
2. The A dimension of this electric heater can be customized by the user as needed. Various surface load specifications are available for selection. Reasonable selection can prevent oil carbonization and burning; safe and reliable, extending the service life of the medium. Among them, the mounting hole for SRY5-1 type is Φ65, the mounting hole for SRY5-11 type is Φ90, the mounting hole for SRY5-111 type is Φ120. The A and B dimensions of various specifications of heaters can be customized according to the use environment.
3. Special voltage and power electric heaters can be produced according to customer requirements, and temperature control devices can be added to the heater according to actual conditions.
4. Due to the high surface load of SRY5-1 type electric heater, it is not suitable for heating in paint. Please choose SRY5-11 and SRY5-111 types when selecting for heating in oil.
