SRY6-2 (220V/2KW) Sheath-type Electric Heater Features Note the following: To ensure correct and reliable use of the electric heater, it must be installed and used by qualified personnel, and the heater must be carefully maintained. The electric heater can only operate well when used by qualified personnel familiar with the installation, startup, use, and maintenance of similar heaters. The operator must read this instruction manual carefully. The safety instruction manual is included in the accompanying documentation of the electric heater, containing relevant safety regulations and effective electrical installation and operation content. This electric heater is manufactured and tested according to the JBT2379-93 standard. The electric heater is equipped with a complete protective device at the factory. To protect and ensure safe use of the electric heater, the user must pay attention to the relevant descriptions in the instruction manual. Failure to follow the instruction manual may result in personal injury or even death, or damage to equipment and facilities connected to the electric heater. In any case, if the content designed in the instruction manual is incorrect, please contact the manufacturer at the address in the following manual. If the electric heater is obviously damaged, faulty, or improperly stored, it cannot be operated safely. SRY6-2 (220V/2KW) Sheath-type Electric Heater Features Standards and Regulations When used in industries other than those specified in the effective industrial standards or the JBT2379-93 standard noted in the manual, attention should be paid to the same effective standards of the relevant industry. 1.Overview 1.1 Description It is not allowed to use this electric heater above the boiling point of the heating medium at atmospheric pressure. 1.2 SRY6-2 Electric Heater The SRY6 electric heater is used to preheat heavy oil, lubricating oil, diesel, and similar media. The maximum working temperature of SRY6-2 is 100°C, and the maximum use temperature shall not exceed 300°C. The user can increase or decrease the number of heaters according to the quantity of heating medium, heating time, and temperature rise limit. 1.3 Since the heating tubes are arranged in a fluid manner, the heater can heat the heating medium very evenly. The replaceable electric heating tubes are inserted into the heater container. When replacing the heater, there is no need to drain the heated medium. 1.4 If the surface load of the selected heater is low, it can avoid bubbles and carbonization of the heating medium. |

| Features: Composed of a heating core and a sheath. The heating core uses high-temperature resistant alloy heating wire as the heat source, high-temperature resistant ceramic as the insulating medium, and the sheath is made of cold-drawn seamless steel pipe or stainless steel. The HRY2 sheath-type tubular electric heater produced by the manufacturer is connected to the oil tank body by flange. The sheath isolates the heating core from the heated oil. When replacing the electric heater, there is no need to drain the oil in the tank; only the heater core needs to be pulled out and replaced with a new one, making maintenance convenient. The HRY2 sheath-type tubular electric heater produced by the manufacturer has a large contact area with the heated oil, low surface power, no carbon deposition, and the oil will not carbonize due to local high temperature. It has a long service life, is safe, and reliable. |
