Explosion-proof Air Heater: The melt-blown process requires a large amount of hot air. The compressed air output from the air compressor is dehumidified and filtered, then sent to the air heater for heating, and then to the melt-blown die assembly. The air heater is a pressure vessel and must also resist oxidation from high-temperature air, so the material must be stainless steel. The heating element of the air heater is a stainless steel electric heating tube. Multiple baffles are arranged in the heater cavity to prolong the residence time of air in the cavity, thereby improving heat exchange efficiency. Appropriately increasing the number of heating tubes and raising the installed power of the air heater can shorten the startup heating time of the production line. The melt-blown process requires high temperature control accuracy for the drawing airheater, and the drawing air temperature must be stable within ±1°C.
