Finned Tube Sheathed Electric Heater is connected to the oil tank body by flange; sealed by gasket; the metal tubular heating element is isolated from the heated medium by a finned sheathed protective tube. When replacing the metal tubular heating element, it is not necessary to drain the oil from the tank; just pull out the metal tubular heating element for replacement. It is convenient and reliable to use, maintain and repair.
The fins and protective tube of the finned tube sheathed electric heater are assembled parts. Changing the number of fins can change the surface load of the electric heater. Reasonable use can prevent oil carbonization and burning, safe, reliable, and extend the life of the medium.
