Instructions for HRY2 Sheath Tubular Electric Heater:
1. The working voltage must not exceed 1.1 times its rated value, and the shell should be effectively grounded.
2. Dimension "B" in the figure must be fully immersed in oil (and checked regularly) to avoid burning. The heated oil should be free of corrosive gases.
3. The mounting hole size for the tubular electric heater is φ65mm.
4. This model of tubular electric heater is designed according to JB2379-78 flowing oil standard, with a surface load of 2-3.8 w/cm².
5. When selecting, the heater size should be determined based on the actual dimensions of the heating medium.
Note: The tubular electric heater can be directly mixed with SRY2 and SRY4 types.
HRY2 Sheath Tubular Electric Heater Applications
HRY sheath electric heater is used for heating hydraulic oil and lubricating oil in hydraulic and lubrication devices, and can also be used to heat non-corrosive gases or liquids.
