1) Clean the heater regularly according to the actual working mode and the pollution level of the fluid. Use appropriate cleaning solution to flush muddy deposits, while solid deposits inside or in recesses of the element need to be removed by disassembling the heating element assembly. To avoid damaging the heating element or heater recesses, use a suitable solvent for cleaning.
2) Only the conduit side of the heating element group can be cleaned with liquid cleaner or solvent.
3) After cleaning the heater, reassemble the heater in the reverse order of the above procedure, replace the new flange gasket, and test the heating element.
Low insulation resistance of the heater to ground
1) Check if there is any debris in the wiring device
2) Check if the heater is damp
3) Check if the cable has any damage
