The explosion-proof protection level is IP65. Suitable for flammable and explosive occasions (coal mine, chemical, petroleum, electric power and other industries), with high safety factor, strong operation function, stable performance, etc.
Explosion-proof products have two types: dI and dIIBT4. ① dI is suitable for non-mining working faces in coal mines; ② dIIBT4 is used in factories, suitable for explosive gas mixtures of Class IIA, IIB, and temperature group T1—T4. The performance of this product complies with the provisions of JB/T8528-1997 "Technical Conditions for Ordinary Valve Electric Actuators". The performance of the explosion-proof type complies with GB3836.1-2000 "General Requirements for Explosion-Proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Atmospheres" and JB/T8529-1997 "Technical Conditions for Explosion-Proof Control Boxes". It has been tested by the National Explosion-Proof Electrical Product Testing Center and obtained the explosion-proof certificate and mining certificate. The integrated electric device is derived from the Z ordinary type, adding many electrical and electronic components. The overall ordinary electrical part is mainly composed of multifunctional module MK1, remote control module MK2, button box indicator light, opening indicator, contactor, etc. The multifunctional module MK1 is composed of phase identifier XS, contactor interlock protector HB, and DC power supply DC. The remote module MK2 is composed of four solid-state relays and three DIP switches. The overall regulating electrical part is composed of regulating module TMK, contactor, etc. The control line is 220V, 50Hz (60Hz for special orders); remote control is DC24V, DC36V, DC127V, 220V, etc.

Nature: Under specified test conditions, the ratio of the minimum ignition current of a gas or vapor explosive mixture to that of a methane explosive mixture. China stipulates that gas and vapor hazardous substances are divided into Class IIA, IIB, and IIC according to the minimum ignition current ratio. A minimum ignition current ratio ≤1.0, >0.8 is Class IIA; ≤0.8, >0.45 is Class IIB; ≤0.45 is Class IIC. For example, ethane, ethylene, and acetylene are Class IIA, IIB, and IIC hazardous substances, respectively.
Product Features
1.Explosion-proof control box shell is made of steel plate welding or cast aluminum alloy or 304 stainless steel die-casting, with high-voltage electrostatic plastic spraying on the surface. The overall product generally adopts a composite structure composed of an explosion-proof shell and an increased safety shell.
2. The components installed inside the explosion-proof shell can include explosion-proof buttons, explosion-proof components, explosion-proof signal lights, explosion-proof transfer switches, explosion-proof instruments, and other explosion-proof components, as well as ordinary electrical components such as AC contactors, thermal relays, temperature controllers, and various functional modules; the increased safety shell contains buttons, control switches, instruments, etc., all of which are explosion-proof components.
